An optional excursion includes a visit to the Laxminarayan Temple, also known as the Birla Mandir, and the enchanting ethnic village of Chokhi Dhani. After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we'll embark on a full-day exploration of Jaipur. Our first stop will be Amer Fort, situated approximately 11km from the city. Also referred to as Amber Fort, this magnificent structure boasts four levels waiting to be explored. Visitors have the option to partake in an Elephant ride, offering a unique perspective of the surroundings. From the fort, you can admire the picturesque Maota Lake and the Kesar Kyari Garden, designed in the 1600s for the harem's enjoyment.
Next, we'll visit the Shila Devi Temple, home to an idol of Durga brought here in the early 1600s by Raja Man Singh I as a symbol of victory against King Kedar. Don't miss the stunning Sheesh Mahal, also known as the Mirror Palace, adorned with intricately carved marble panels depicting a "magic flower" and seven beautiful forms. Our journey continues to the Panna Meena Bawri, a stepwell originally meant as a bathing place for Indian Queens, offering a glimpse into exclusive royal life. We'll also explore the serene Man Sagar Lake, a manmade reservoir created by Raja Man Singh in 1610. If time permits, we'll visit the City Palace, still the residence of the Jaipur royal family, boasting its iconic pink façade since its construction in 1732. Nearby is the Hawa Mahal, or Palace of Breeze, where royal ladies once observed street processions discreetly. As the day draws to a close, we'll return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay in Jaipur.
After enjoying breakfast, we'll check out from the hotel and begin our journey to Jodhpur, covering a distance of 336 km which will take approximately 6 hours. Along the way, we'll make stops to explore the Ajmer-e-Sharief Dargah, Adhai-Din-Ka Jhonpara, and the picturesque Ana Sagar Lake.
We'll then proceed to Pushkar, where we'll visit various temples, ghats, and the sacred Pushkar Lake. Pushkar boasts over 400 temples, with the highlight being the Lord Brahma Temple, the sole temple in India dedicated to Lord Brahma. Upon reaching Jodhpur, we'll check into our hotel. The evening will be free for personal leisure activities. You'll spend the night at the hotel in Jodhpur.
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we'll embark on a captivating city tour of Jodhpur. Our first stop will be the renowned Mehrangarh Fort, also known as the "Citadel of the Sun." This majestic fort, sprawling over 1,200 acres of land, was constructed in 1459 and underwent significant development in the 17th century, resulting in its iconic features.
Next, we'll visit the serene gardens of Jaswant Thada, a cenotaph erected in 1899 in honor of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. The architecture and gazebos within this memorial are truly mesmerizing. Following our explorations, you'll have the evening free to wander and discover the charms of Jodhpur at your leisure. We'll also take a fascinating stroll through the historic Umaid Bhawan Palace, once the residence of the royal family. Today, a portion of this grand estate has been transformed into a hotel and museum, showcasing a remarkable collection of vintage cars and antique clocks spanning different eras. As the sun sets, we'll enjoy the breathtaking views before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay in Jodhpur.
After breakfast, we'll check out from the hotel and set off for Kumbhalgarh. This historic town is celebrated for its grand monuments, opulent palaces, diverse temples, and ornate chhatris. Our first stop will be the magnificent Kumbhalgarh Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Rajasthan's most splendid forts. Perched atop a hill, this medieval fortress boasts the world's second-longest walls and offers a captivating walking tour through its inner palaces, temples, and courtyards. With seven fortified gateways and over 360 temples nestled within its walls, Kumbhalgarh Fort is a testament to the region's rich heritage. We'll particularly explore the Palace of the Clouds (Badal Mahal), situated at the highest point of the fort. This palace is believed to be the birthplace of the legendary warrior Maharana Pratap. Its vibrant rooms and terraces offer panoramic views of the picturesque Aravalli Range and the mesmerizing sand dunes of the Thar Desert. After our exploration, we'll continue our journey to Udaipur, the enchanting lake city of Rajasthan. Upon arrival, we'll check in to our hotel for an overnight stay.Please note that entry fees for forts and monuments are not included and will be payable directly at the sites.

Our first stop will be the majestic City Palace of Udaipur, the largest royal complex in Rajasthan, once the regal abode of kings. Within this grand complex, visitors can explore various mahals, courtyards, and pavilions. Amar Vilas, situated at the highest point, is renowned for its exquisite hanging gardens. We'll also visit Fateh Prakash Palace, offering breathtaking vistas, and delve into the intricacies of Krishna Vilas chamber's miniature painting collection. The elegant Manak Mahal, adorned with vibrant red glass and mosaic, and the historic Mor Chowk are not to be missed. Additionally, we'll admire the opulence of Sheesh Mahal and Rang Bhawan
We'll make a picturesque stop at Nehru Garden, nestled on an island within Fateh Sagar Lake, where you can relish the serene ambiance and take a tranquil boat ride to the island, featuring a unique floating restaurant shaped like a boat. Continuing our exploration, we'll visit Saheliyon-Ki-Bari, the enchanting Courtyard of the Maidens, adorned with lotus pools, marble pavilions, and elephant sculptures, a cherished gift from Maharana Sangram Singh to his queen and her entourage in 1734. At Shilpgram, a heritage village established in 1989, we'll witness skilled craftsmen at work, showcasing their artistry in handcrafting. You'll have the opportunity to purchase souvenirs to commemorate your trip. As the evening approaches, we'll venture to Lake Pichola, where, at an additional cost, you can enjoy a boat ride across the shimmering waters, basking in the golden hues of the setting sun casting a magical glow upon the lakeside buildings, with panoramic views of the City Palace and surrounding gardens. After this delightful excursion, we'll return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay in Udaipur.
